Artisan Growers of Gourmet Microgreens 

Our produce is greenhouse grown in Devon on the rolling hills above the Teign Estuary. South facing slopes and gentle sea breezes combine to  create one of the mildest climates in the U.K. Ideally  suited to the growing of Microgreens, herbs and salads year round.

Microgreens are not a sprout, but not yet a vegetable. We harvest them after they’ve developed just two leaves and are only an inch or two in height. Microgreens are more than a pretty garnish—they pack a lot of flavour for their size and are the perfect way to dress up a plate, or layer flavours together.
